As children we instinctively know how to explore and be curious about our world. Then we eventually become more tamed to “fit the mold” of our society. What happens if we decide to break out of that mold and walk barefoot in the grass, dance among the trees, or just sit and smell the flowers as the wind blows through our hair? Take a moment today to break out of your tamed world and just be curious about nature.
Forest Therapy helps us break free from our mold. You may not want to dance among the trees, and that’s OK. On a forest therapy walk you are invited to interact with nature and are allowed to do that in a way that feels comfortable to you. When you take time to do so, you will be surprised how freeing it is to just be your authentic self no longer worried about trying to “fit in”.
