Overstressed and overcrowded

Last night on the evening news there was a report on overcrowding at popular tourist destinations, including the park system.  Apparently some of the parks have long lines similar to that of Disney for the most popular attractions.  You will not find that experience in our woods on a forest walk.  I purposefully limit attendance so that each person has space to breathe and relax into the forest.  We have enough stress in our day to day lives and you certainly don’t need the stress of overcrowding when you are trying to recharge!!

Take some time for yourself to recharge on a Forest Therapy walk.  Forest Therapy is a quiet, calming, peaceful practice that helps lower blood pressure, lower serum cortisol (the stress hormone) and improve creativity and concentration.  Come experience it for yourself!
